Santosh K Misra, CEO of Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA) & Commissioner of e-Governance in Government of Tamil Nadu, is a public policy and regulatory specialist working in the area of emerging technologies for improved governance and service delivery to citizens. Mr. Misra graduated from IIT Kanpur (India) and did his MS in EE from the University of Minnesota (USA). After a stint in Bell Labs he joined the prestigious Indian Administrative Service. He has over 21 years of technology and public policy experience. He has been driving strategic change within the Government using technology. Some of the key policies created by Mr. Misra are in the areas of: AI, Blockchain, G2C services, Digital identity, Targeted Delivery of Subsidies etc.
