He is also a faculty and co-founder of “Blockchain at UCLA” where he lectures on Blockchain Business Applications and Security Tokens. Additionally, Nascimento is the bestselling author of The STO Financial Revolution, a textbook uncovering regulated & compliant fundraising via Blockchain. Alex got his MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management and has developed training, marketing & blockchain strategies for companies in the United States, EU, Latin America, and Asia. Alex can be found speaking at main Global Blockchain conferences and corporate events demystifying securities issuance, business applications, and investments in blockchain technology for corporate leaders, students, and entrepreneurs.

About Tony Maciel:

Tony Maciel has over 40 years of experience in international trade, finance and investing; he is a founding partner of 7CC Blockchain Investments, and 7Visions LATAM Digital.

Mr. Maciel has held senior positions with financial firms in New York and LATAM. At Lehman Brother’s Financial Services Division, he was responsible for advising Latin American institutions, private clients and government agencies on their global investment portfolios. Before Lehman Brothers, Mr. Maciel held positions at Merrill Lynch (NY), Banco de Crédito e Comércio (SP), and Comind (NY) in the areas of wealth management, investment banking, and trade finance respectively.
