GBBC Litigation Working Group Kickoff Meeting

U.S. Courts are developing public policy regarding crypto assets and decentralized systems. Global Blockchain Business Council (GBBC) is pleased to launch the Litigation Working Group, chaired by Nicolas Morgan, Litigation Partner at Paul Hastings.
GBBC’s Litigation Working Group will foster fulsome conversations about lawsuits, trends & strategy related to crypto assets. Join us on Friday, May 19th at 11:00AM ET for the kickoff meeting as the group plans to discuss:
- Updates on pending cases (and lawsuits that might be filed);
- Litigation strategies and test cases; and
- The merits of amicus briefs that have been filed or should be filed.
